Community First Home Services is seeking to increase our workforce of Self-employed Gardeners in Fareham, Gosport, Havant and surrounding areas. This a great opportunity to grow your own business and manage a workload to suit your lifestyle.

Our gardening service provides cost-effective assistance for older/vulnerable people, who need assistance to maintain their garden, helping them to improve their quality of life and keeping them living safely and independently at home.

Location: Fareham, Gosport, Havant

Hours: Flexible

Do you love gardening and have a few hours to spare?

Do you want to:

Be self employed
Work flexible hours Monday to Friday
Manage your own workload?

We are looking for gardeners to help support older and vulnerable clients with low-level gardening work, including:

Weeding
Mowing
Light trimming & tidying of shrubs
Low hedge trimming

And you will need to be:

Compassionate and empathetic
Excellent communicators and can build rapport easily
Trustworthy, conscientious, reliable and punctual
Flexible and able to show initiative
Good listeners
