At AGS Salalah, we combine the Cambridge International Curriculum with a strong culture of care, curiosity, and high expectations. We are seeking an enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to help our youngest learners be the best they can be, working closely with colleagues and families to nurture a supportive and ambitious community.

Who are we?

AGS Salalah is a vibrant, international community in the heart of the Dhofar region of Oman. We currently provide education from KG1 to Year 10, with learners entered for their IGCSEs, and we are in an exciting phase of growth as we expand further into both primary and secondary.

We follow the highly respected Cambridge International Curriculum, giving our learners the knowledge, skills, and values needed to thrive in an ever-changing world. Alongside academic excellence, we place a strong emphasis on character, curiosity, and care for others.

At the heart of our culture is a close partnership with parents and the wider community. We believe that learning is most powerful when it is shared, and we actively seek to build open, trusting relationships that support every child’s development and wellbeing.

Learning takes place in purpose-built facilities, including spacious classrooms, specialist rooms for music, drama, ICT, art and science, as well as swimming pools, multi-games courts, and an indoor sports hall.

Our vision is simple: for every child to be the best they can be – supported by staff who share high expectations, a positive outlook, and a genuine belief in the potential of each learner.
