Community Admin Assistant

Ref: CAA – BK

Location: Bootle and Kensington, Liverpool

21 hours a week

£13,472  actual salary per annum, based on a 21 hour working week

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and conscientious individual, with strong organisational skills to join our team and provide high quality administrative support. You will be based between two of our services, our Community Resource Centre in Bootle and our Community Resource Centre in Kensington. Working hours will be split between both services.

As a Community Administration Assistant you will be the main point of contact for our local services. You will assist with all administration duties including note-taking at meetings and booking training for staff. You will work in partnership with the local Business Support Manager and support with the maintenance of the training matrix, development plans for our services and supporting our service compliance to ensure excellence. In addition to this you will also work collaboratively with our departments based at Head Office, including our Finance team. You will enjoy producing and analysing reports, contributing to our ongoing local compliance. You will have the confidence to provide creative strategies and solutions to continually improve our management information.

We are looking for an individual with a can-do approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to work on their own initiative to prioritise their workload according to conflicting deadlines. You will be a team-player, possess excellent planning skills and be able to work flexibly. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). The cost of which will be met by Autism Initiatives.
