Salary: £31,000–£34,000

About the Role

Bring your creativity, digital skills and passion for storytelling to a role where your work makes a real difference. The Diocese of Bristol is seeking a talented Digital Engagement Officer to help inspire, connect and grow our communities through engaging communications and digital fundraising. You will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and shaping our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging digital content across social media, email and website platforms

Lead and optimise digital marketing and fundraising campaigns

Maintain and improve website content with strong SEO and accessibility focus

Analyse performance data to improve engagement and strategy

Support colleagues and parishes with digital tools and best practice

Explore new platforms including TikTok to expand reach

What We’re Looking For

A creative, organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and digital experience. You should be confident managing campaigns, creating high-quality content, and using data to refine your approach.
