Regional Wellbeing Caseworker, South West – Cornwall

Salary:£30,000 to £35,000 per annum plus benefits
Job type:Permanent
The Casework Service, launched in April 2025, is a cornerstone of RNBT’s 5 year strategic vision. Our goal is to place Caseworkers directly within the communities they serve, creating local networks of support and building trust within the armed forces and veteran populations.
By working closely with local charities, welfare organisations, and statutory services, the Regional Wellbeing Caseworker helps ensure timely, holistic, and practical support is delivered in a way that empowers individuals and strengthens families.
The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust is a Royal Navy & Royal Marines charity that gives help, in cases of need, to serving and former Royal Naval ratings and Royal Marines. We also help their partners, children and some others connected with them. The RNBT has a ‘family run’ feel and we have carefully created a supportive, friendly, and close knit team, making it a unique and very special place to work.
