Box Office and Front of House Manager

Job Description

The Freelance Box Office and Front of House Manager will oversee all aspects of ticketing and visitor experience for Punchdrunk Enrichment’s  Fireside Tales. Working with the Ticketsolve box office system, they will manage events, monitor sales, and deliver accurate reporting, as well as lead a welcoming and efficient Front of House operation. The role combines practical customer service with ticketing strategy, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and exceptional audience care.

Because  Fireside Tales is designed for families and children, we are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable, able to create a safe and inviting atmosphere for visitors of all ages, and confident handling a busy family audience.

This is a freelance engagement based at Punchdrunk Enrichment Stores beginning with part-time hours before becoming full-time during the production run. The schedule will include some on-site evening and weekend shifts during performances.
