Heeley City Farm

The Farm Kitchen is the onsite café at Heeley City Farm, serving a wide range of local customers, community members and clients. We prepare much of our food and cakes using fresh ingredients, with as much produce as possible sourced directly from the farm’s gardens and growing sites. Our goal is to employ a Head Chef to develop a modern menu that features exciting vegan and vegetarian options, alongside dishes made with our own high-welfare meat, wherever possible designing our menus to be seasonal, using farm grown produce and built around sustainable ingredients. The Head Chef will coordinate all aspects of kitchen production so that food is prepared to high standards and time deadlines are met, they will oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable customer experience. This role combines leadership, customer service, team management, and operational tasks.

£29,991 per annum

Full Time

37.5 hours worked over five days (cafe is open seven days per week)
