About Senior Relationship Manager, Be Active - Active Partnership – 2 year Fixed Term

Salary: £43,129 per annum Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week Location – Luton Area

We're seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join the Active Partnership team as a Senior Relationship Manager, with a primary focus on Luton.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver place-based approaches that reduce health inequalities and enable communities to lead more active, healthier lives. You'll work in close partnership with our Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive positive change at a local level.

You'll need to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to champion our vision and ensure that physical activity is embedded across local systems in a way that's inclusive and responsive to the diverse needs of all communities, particularly those facing additional barriers.

This role involves leading and contributing to system-wide change that will tackle inequalities and you will be central to engaging partners and stakeholders in our shared ambition to create a Healthier, Happier Bedfordshire.

You will need to understand the role of the Active Partnership – Be Active and our remit in terms of underpinning the Sport England Strategy in engaging the inactive market. You will need to demonstrate a desire to add value to a successful team.
