Location – Harlow
Hours – 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern – Monday-Friday
Salary Band – £29,000 to £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Purpose & Summary
You’ll work alongside the Service Manager to run a busy, client-focused centre, making sure our services meet high standards and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a motivated team of staff, volunteers and students.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and stepping up when the Service Manager is away.
- Driving a recovery-oriented, evidence based service culture.
- Building strong partnerships with local agencies to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in substance misuse or a related field, ideally with line-management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills and confidence with IT systems.
- Commitment to safeguarding and multi-agency working.
