Senior Support Worker - Sherringham House

Salary: £26,936 per annum (£14.00 per hour). 
Plus overtime + £350 welcome bonus. 

Closing date: 20th November 2025

Location: Kenton. 

Hours: 37 hours per week over a 7-day rota. 

Sherringham House is a purpose-built supported living complex, comprising of self-contained apartments designed for adults with learning disabilities.

Our team work closely with the people we support, their families and healthcare professionals to create an environment where every individual is respected, valued and given the opportunity to live as independently as possible within their own homes and reach their personal potential

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Support Worker to join us at Sherringham House. As a Senior Support Worker, this role will involve leading, supporting and supervising the staff team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities
  • Be committed to providing a high-quality service, focussed on developing people’s social and practical living skills.
  • Have previous experience of supervising a staff team.
  • Have the ability to motivate staff.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Possess a Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
