We are seeking an organised and compassionate Medical Centre Administrator to support the smooth running of Bryanston School’s Medical Centre.
At Bryanston, our medical and wellbeing services operate 24/7 during term time. We provide inpatient beds, GP and nurse led clinics, specialist mental health support, MSK and sports therapies, integrated wellbeing education and emotional support alongside the pastoral teams.
This role will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support and non clinical co-ordination to the Medical team. Responsibilities will include managing the reception, being the first point of contact for visitors’ to the Medical Centre, answering the phone, and arranging appointments. This role will work closely with colleagues, service users, NHS and external agencies.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare, educational, or pastoral setting. We are seeking a candidate with excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.

This role is part-time, term-time plus two weeks in the School holidays.
