Currently, nearly one million people in the UK are living with dementia: a progressive and complex condition that can be devastating for the whole family. One in two of us will be affected by dementia in our lifetime - either by caring for someone with the condition, developing it ourselves, or both - and too often, people are left to cope alone with the relentless, ever-changing challenges. Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family. Our specialist nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, expert advice, support and understanding to help families care for their loved one. Every day, Admiral Nurses help families up and down the country to have the best life possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimising our invoice capture and P2P systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth workflows. Working closely with colleagues across Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance Transformation and IT, you will support users with queries, deliver training, develop user guides and help identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. You will also produce dashboards and reports that give teams clear oversight of performance and help them make informed decisions.
To be successful, you must have experience of administering P2P systems and have a strong understanding of P2P processes. Ideally, you will have experience with Proactis, but it is essential that you have experience with a similar system. You should be confident supporting system users, resolving queries, and creating training materials, with solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in producing system user guides or similar documentation. Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent communication skills are essential.
