More about the role
We are looking for a resilient and friendly Male Support Worker to join a team working alongside people with autism encouraging them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. As a Support Worker you will promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life and be involved in a range of activities chosen by the person supported. This role will include aspects of personal care. You will be required to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion to making a difference to the lives of people with autism, as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.
