- Deliver high-quality nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in line with national and corporate standards.
- Work collaboratively with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Provide clear, professional, and compassionate advice and information to patients and their families.
- Support senior colleagues and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Participate in audits, research projects, and the development of evidence-based care pathways.
- Take a lead role in emergency situations when required and ensure accurate documentation of incidents.
- Maintain infection control standards and uphold patient safety at all times.
About You- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Basic IT skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.
