The At Risk Mental State (ARMS) service is a multidisciplinary community mental health service for young people and adults aged between 14 and 35 that provides treatment and support to people experiencing or at high risk of developing psychosis. The ARMS service provides individual therapy, family intervention, education/ employment support, psychosocial support, training to promote recovery and social inclusion. The focus is a preventative information and intervention model.
