Passion for sustainability for our residents’ homes
The Retired Ministers Housing Society (RMHS) has bold plans to upgrade all its properties to energy efficiency rating of EPC Band C, and to deliver carbon neutral homes before 2050, underscored by retrofit work to most of our homes. Our strategy is driven by our care for residents’ wellbeing and reduction in energy costs.
This role will be responsible for the key liaison between our residents, our Contract Manager (Baily Garner) and our delivery partner (CCS) in the delivery of energy efficiency improvements to 120 homes located across England, Scotland and Wales. This project will bring all our rental properties up to an EPC rating in band C and make them compliant with forthcoming changes to the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience in property services and understanding of energy efficiency and performance improvements. You will be educated to A level or equivalent. Experience of working in sustainability focused roles will be advantageous.
