JOB DESCRIPTION Job title: Partnerships Assistant Reports to: Senior Partnerships Officer Responsible for: No direct reports Salary: £25,500 Location: This role is hybrid, working from home and our office based in London Bridge (staff are expected to attend our London office at least once a month but exact working patters for the fulfilment of the job role to be agreed with line manager) Job Purpose As our Partnerships Assistant you will be a vital part of our Partnerships team helping to build long- term, sustainable and mutually-beneficial relationships with businesses and key supporters. Our Partnerships team manage high-profile relationships, including with household name beauty brands and retailers, and with ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond this is an exciting time to join the team. In this role you will lead on all administrative duties in the Partnerships team - including keeping our database up to date, managing diaries, raising invoices, updating documents, and recording minutes and actions in key meetings. This role requires a candidate who is highly organised and who has the ability to plan, prioritise and meet concurrent deadlines. You will have strong data entry and diary management skills, the ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders and you will be a real team player. You will be supported by your line manager, and the wider team, to deliver on your objectives and this is a perfect opportunity for someone with proven administrative skills, from any sector, to help shape our programme and deliver on our mission. Key Duties and Responsibilities Administration and Coordination • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings and other partnership/major giving-related activity. • Provide administrative support for the delivery of campaigns (e.g., Get Lippy), including liaising with partners and suppliers. • Provide administrative support for events including guest lists, dietary requirements and bookings. • Keep the database (Raiser’s Edge NXT) up to date with all relevant information from the Partnerships team as directed by the Partnerships Lead and Senior Partnerships Officer. • Undertake prospect research to drive the partnerships programme pipelines. • Keep internal working documents and plans updated as directed. • Assist in the coordination of events, including logistics, bookings, and on-the-day support. • Update materials, in print and online, as directed by the Partnerships Lead and/or Senior Partnerships Officer. Finance, Systems and Reporting • Act as database lead for the Partnerships team and ensure all records are kept up to date. • Run database reports as required to support donor stewardship and internal planning. • Assist in the preparation of fundraising and partnership performance reports. • Monitor and respond to emails in any shared Partnership inboxes. Relationship Support and Communications • Support the Partnerships team in maintaining and developing relationships by acting as an ambassador for the team and charity in all external conversations. • Update reports, presentations and other documents for the team as directed. • Assist with the stewardship of existing partnerships, by ensuring follow-up actions are recorded accurately and are visible to team members. • Update the wider organisation on the teams work and successes as directed by the Partnerships Lead. General Duties • Adhere to, and champion, all ways of working within the fundraising team including incorporating a data-led mind-set, a test and learn approach and collaborative working across the team and wider organisation. • Develop strong working relationships across teams. • Attend occasional out-of-hours events on behalf of The Eve Appeal (time off in lieu will be given). Share information and best practice openly and productively with the wider team. Keep up to date with relevant trends, risks and opportunities in the sector as relevant. Ensure that the organisation meets all relevant statutory requirements and industry standards in relation to income generation, including, but not confined to, those of the Fundraising Regulator, Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and the Gambling Commission.
