Frontline AIDS is looking for a consultant to take on a piece of work to: identify the most suitable approach and methodology, and then facilitate the implementation of the chosen approach and methodology in order to assist the Frontline TA team with preparing a marketing and communications strategy and/or plan.
The Frontline AIDS Technical Assistance (TA) team is responsible for managing Frontline AIDS’ delivery of externally facing Technical Assistance to organisations and stakeholders, primarily in the HIV and wider health and development sector. We have proven expertise in working with donors, multilateral agencies, government bodies, national health programmes and civil society organisations to build skills in organisational development, financial management, grant management, programming in human rights and gender, and in strengthening community systems. We achieve this by recruiting highly qualified, mainly Southern-based, consultants to work together with TA clients and recipients to deliver the support that is needed. Through this work, Frontline AIDS can generate income, which is returned to the rest of the organisation to support its broader mission.
We are seeking proposals from individuals who have:
- Extensive market research and marketing strategy development and planning experience.
- Group facilitation skills and experience.
- Understanding and ideally experience of working in the HIV/AIDS and wider global health and international development sector.
- Ideally, knowledge and understanding of Technical Assistance, within this sector – at least knowledge and experience of consultancy services
