Based within the Notts CountyFoundation Youth Hub and working in partnership with theDepartment for Work and Pensions (DWP), the postholder willdeliver tailored one-to-one mentoring, employability sessions, andpersonal development support. The role focuses on empowering young people to identify andovercome barriers to employment, education, or training, whilebuilding their confidence, resilience, and readiness for the world ofwork.
