As our new Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a central role in shaping the learning experience of every colleague across Compass. Working within the People Team, you will coordinate learning activity across multiple services, ensuring every colleague has access to high quality, well organised, and engaging learning. You will manage training sessions, work with external providers, support managers and maintain accurate learning records across our systems.
You will take the lead in tracking attendance and completion, updating our HR and eLearning platforms, and producing clear, meaningful reports that help us understand our organisational learning needs. You will support induction, maintain compliance records and help shape our learning offer through improved processes and resources.
