Breckenbrough Woodand Centre – Alternative Provision Teacher (Full time)

Pay:   MPS + SEN Allowance (£2787 p.a.)

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly skilled applicants with experience of either special, mainstream or
alternative provision settings, with the ability to deliver high calibre learning experiences in our brand new
satellite provision. This post will be based full time at Breckenbrough Woodland Centre, Skutterskelfe, TS15 0JR.

Breckenbrough School caters for boys aged 9 to 19, who are primarily diagnosed with Autism, PDA, ADHD, and other
complex needs. As a school with a Quaker ethos, we pride ourselves on our shared values of equality, respect,

students.

Breckenbrough Woodland Centre will provide alternative provision for both Breckenbrough and non-Breckenbrough
students, within a safe, nurturing, inclusive and inspiring woodland-based learning environment. The aim of the
provision is to achieve positive engagement in education, development of wider employability skills and positive and
sustainable progression pathways.

Breckenbrough School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and
vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to
satisfactory references, occupational health assessments, vetting and enhanced DBS check. The school has an
induction programme and a genuine ongoing commitment of staff professional development. A 12-month
probationary period will apply.
