We are seeking a passionate and relational leader to serve as our new intercultural unity lead in Scotland. Reporting to the head of Evangelical Alliance in Scotland you will foster and develop deep and trusting relationships between indigenous and global majority churches, creating spaces for connection, dialogue, prayer, worship and mission. Working to amplify good practice, you will share stories that inspire and help equip churches to navigate the journey of becoming truly intercultural. The role will also help shape the Evangelical Alliance’s public voice in Scotland, ensuring it authentically reflects the diversity of the evangelical church, while raising awareness of racial justice and encouraging churches to engage with issues of equality and inclusion.
If you are a committed evangelical Christian with a heart for unity, strong relational and communication skills and a vision for intercultural mission, we would love to hear from you. We particularly welcome applications from people of colour. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the evangelical church in Scotland and strengthening its public witness for generations to come.
