Charity Online Sales and Logistics Assistant

Age UK Lincolnshire is an independent local charity, part of the Age UK brand partnership, supporting more than 6,000 older people every month. We have an exciting vacancy for a part time Charity Online Sales and Logistics Assistant to support our growing online store and logistical operations.

  • This role is based in Boston/ Spilsby with travel to our other store locations
  • 12 Hours per Week
  • Permanent Contract
  • Driving: Full UK licence and access to a car required
  • £7,618 per Annum (£22,222 FTE)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Charity Online Sales & Logistics Assistant to support our growing online store and logistical operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, creating product listings, customer service, and order fulfilment. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the booking and scheduling of donation deliveries and collections, ensuring efficient and timely service for donors and customers.

Key responsibilities include managing listings on platforms like Shopify, Vinted, eBay, and Etsy; processing orders, returns, and customer inquiries; monitoring stock and assisting with inventory control; scheduling furniture deliveries and collections; promoting Gift Aid and handling donation paperwork; supporting promotional campaigns and tracking sales; and ensuring compliance with policies.

The successful applicant will need to be energetic and driven, with a hands-on approach and experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The post holder will be expected to work independently without supervision and travel for training, collections, and stock transfers.
