Role overviewWe are seeking a dedicated
Business Analystto join our team and support the Technology Enhanced Business Change Programme. They will be responsible for translating strategic business needs into actionable requirements. This role involves close collaboration with IT Product Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, senior leadership, and external suppliers. The analyst drives business analysis activities, facilitates workshops to map customer journeys and processes, and develops comprehensive business cases to support technology transformation initiatives. They are expected to work in an agile environment, actively participating in team sessions and using tools like Jira for progress tracking.In addition to core analysis duties, the Senior Lead Business Analyst supports change impact assessments, business readiness, and benefits tracking, partnering with Product Owners to ensure successful adoption of new solutions. The role also contributes to the maturity of business analysis practices, reviews programme deliverables for quality, assists with issue resolution, and leads user acceptance testing and training activities.
Core Competencies/Experience:- Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques: requirements elicitation, documentation (Use Cases, User Stories), and business process modelling (BPMN).
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within technology/digital transformation and organizational change projects.
- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, using Jira and Confluence or similar for backlog management and documentation.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and implementing core business technologies (ERP, CRM, LMS).
- Ability to lead requirements workshops, perform detailed 'as-is' and 'to-be' process mapping, and translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration, and effective work management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
