Are you ready to lead a vibrant, inclusive retail enterprise that makes a real difference in the community? Brandon Trust is seeking a passionate and commercially savvy Farm Shop Manager to drive income, impact, and inclusion at our flagship Care Farm shop.

About the Role

As Farm Shop Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of shop operations—from sales and merchandising to team development and community engagement. You’ll lead a diverse team of staff, volunteers, and supported employees with learning disabilities and autism, helping them thrive while delivering outstanding customer experiences and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve income, profit, and KPI targets through in-store and online sales
  • Lead seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events to boost footfall and visibility
  • Deliver inclusive employment outcomes and person-centred coaching
  • Maintain high standards in merchandising, cleanliness, and sustainability
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and operational policies
  • Promote the shop through social media, PR, and community partnerships
  • Represent Brandon Trust at local events and forums

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retail management, customer service, and team leadership
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A commitment to inclusion and person-centred support
  • Confidence working independently and managing diverse teams
  • A full clean driving licence and access to own transport

Desirable Qualifications

  • Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene
