We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with experience of working with young people in community settings. You will be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to engage positively with individuals and groups across a variety of settings. Effective planning, organisational, and evaluation skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A relevant qualification in Community Learning and Development is desirable, as is experience of working in partnership with a range of agencies and community groups.

Specific skills or experience in one or more CLD areas would be advantageous.

In particular, experience in youth work such as community-based provision, outreach or detached youth work, or non-formal school-based youth work would be highly valued.

The ability to work evenings and weekends is also essential.
