Commissioning & External Communications Lead

30hrs a week.

The Commissioning & External Communications Lead plays a key role in
supporting Spectrum Gaming’s sustainability and growth, building strong
relationships with partners and securing funding through commissioned
work.

This role focuses on leading relationships with Local Authorities, NHS
partners, and other funders — ensuring our work is well understood, well
evidenced, and well supported. You will manage existing partnerships
while developing new opportunities, helping to grow income and extend
the reach of our services.

Working closely with the Young People’s Services Manager, Funding &
Development Manager, and wider team, you will act as a key link between
external partners and internal delivery — ensuring expectations are clear,
requirements are met, and the impact of our work is communicated with
clarity and integrity.

This is a relationship-led role, suited to someone who is confident building
trust, communicating effectively, and bringing structure and clarity to how
we work externally.
