Job description

Summary

The Team Manager will provide leadership and support to a team of counsellors, ensuring the effective delivery and ongoing evaluation of our high‑quality therapeutic counselling and support services. We are seeking an experienced therapist with a genuine passion for nurturing and developing counsellors within a collaborative and supportive environment.

In this role, the Team Manager will offer guidance on clinical practice, service processes, and professional standards, while facilitating regular team meetings and line management sessions. The post holder will also be responsible for managing HR‑related matters within the team, working closely with the Clinical Director and HR to ensure issues are handled appropriately and in line with organisational policies.
