Clinical Administration Manager

Living Well Consortium is recruiting for a Clinical Administration Manager.

Living Well Consortium is a network of third sector mental health organisations working collectively to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across Birmingham and Solihull. The organisation has secured contracts to deliver psychological support to people across this area through the NHS Talking Therapies (NHS TT) programme.

The post holder will line manage a team of Clinical Operations and Administration Officers as well as Clinical Administrators. They will manage the referral process of clients seeking support from the service, ensuring this is efficient, transparent, and user-friendly. They will respond to and support with queries both externally and internally.

The Clinical Administration Manager will support and lead on clinical administration across the organisation. They will attend and contribute to key meetings, but will also cover for staff absence in their team when required.

Applicants should have experience working within clinical pathways and referral processes. They should also have a strong background in administration including working with data systems. Experience in line management would also be beneficial.

Terms and Conditions

    • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
    • Salary:£33,621.28 pro rata per annum
    • Hybrid working, minimum of two days per week in the office
