Cleaner Caretaker (part-time)

Hours: 12 hours pw (average), based on a 2-week rotational work pattern
Work pattern: Week 1 (16hrs) – Monday 4hrs, Tuesday 4hrs and Sunday 8 hrs. Week 2 (8 hrs) – Wednesday 4hrs and Thursday 4 hrs. Weekday shifts are evenings, 5pm to 9pm
Contract: permanent
Hourly rate of pay: £12.92ph (increasing to £13.79ph from 1st April 2026)
Windmill Hill City Farm (WHCF) is an established community hub in central Bristol supporting local people to live active, healthy and fulfilling lives. The farm has over 200,000 visits each year, a life-changing health and social care volunteering programme, a well-respected outdoor learning programme as well as an award-winning cafe and bustling day-care nursery.
A new opportunity has become available in our Facilities, Farm and Gardens (FFG) department, to join our dedicated Cleaner Caretaking team on a permanent, part-time basis.
