Impact Family Services is a charitable organisation supporting people in South Tyneside and surrounding areas who have been impacted by familial conflict and domestic abuse. Our Chid Contact Centre has an excellent reputation for providing a high quality and busy service. It sits under the brand of Connected Families CIC (a wholly owned subsidiary of the charity) and supports children and non-resident parents to develop positive relationships, offering supervised and supported contact visits, as well as a post-box service.
We are looking for someone exceptional to coordinate this service, maintain excellence and lead our small team of sessional contact workers who deliver our contact sessions. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is skilled at working with families, risk and complexity. Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 or £15.93- £18.68 per hour dependant on experience.
Job Type: Permanent contract. Schedule: 35 hrs per week, alternate Saturdays and Sundays 9am-6pm and flexible hours midweek.
Education: Certificate of Higher Education (preferred) Experience: Social work: 2 years Licence/Certification: HCPC (preferred)
