We are looking for an In Work Support Contract Manager who will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure our service is impactful, accessible, and aligned with Pure Innovations’ values. The successful candidate will work closely with our Supported Internships and Supported Employment teams to provide seamless, tailored support, leveraging Access to Work funding for job coaching and monitoring support. The manager will implement robust structures to maintain high standards of delivery, ensure contractual compliance, and achieve meaningful outcomes, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
