Night Care Team Leader

Location: Fern Brook Lodge Residential Home, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4QD

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week to include alternate weekend working 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Fern Brook Lodge, our newly refurbished residential care home, which is a hub for the community in Gillingham and the surrounding villages of North Dorset.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
• Administration of medication to residents
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
