Cross Campus Head of Swimming (Starting 2026/27)

Bangkok Patana School seeks a talented and enthusiastic Head of Swimming to teach/ coach students. The willingness to be an effective team player and work closely with parents is essential.

The Head of Swimming is a member of the Cross Campus Coaching Leadership Team.

Major Role: To provide professional leadership and management of the Extra Curricular Swimming Programme in order to secure high quality learning and teaching, the effective use of resources and improving standards of learning and achievement, no matter how high past achievement has been.

The Head of Swimming has responsibility for:

• the administration and management of the Tiger Sharks Swimming Academy including parent liaison, financial management, health and safety risk management and facility management;

• key developments in the Tiger Sharks Swimming Academy;

• working with the Swimming Coaches and Physical Education staff to secure the highest level of performance for each individual student on the programme, including within the learn to swim pathway.

• line management and Professional Growth Cycle (PGC) of 3 full time assistant coaches and a team of part-time fixed rate coaches;

• developing student-athletes capable of representing the school successfully at BMAC, SEASAC and FOBISIA level;

• weekend commitments to both host and attend BMAC, SEASAC and FOBISIA events;

• lead as event director at all swimming events hosted by Bangkok Patana School.
