The University’s Marketing team is seeking to appoint a Relationship Marketing Coordinator to lead on the planning and delivery of a successful CRM (customer relationship management) touchpoint plan in order to engage and convert prospective students and applicants throughout the student recruitment journey.
Using your excellent organisational and communication skills, you will devise a schedule of creative, highly targeted communications to prospective students and applicants, in order to encourage engagement and loyalty to the University and increase conversion through to enrolment.
The role involves collaborative working alongside a range colleagues from within the Department of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions, as well as academic staff and external agencies and suppliers.
You must be educated to degree level, with a marketing background and experience of implementing CRM initiatives. As well as excellent communication and copy writing skills, you will have a flair for creative problem solving and good IT skills.
This post is 30 hours per week (hours and days to be agreed upon appointment), based between home working and a busy shared office. The role holder will be eligible for the University’s flexi-time scheme and a range of employee benefits.
