Who will you be supporting?
You will be supporting 4 ladies and our ages range from 58 -74 years of age.
They are have varying needs such as Bipolar, Anxiety and risk of falls
Staff are trained in positive behaviour support.
What is important to us?
We’re four enthusiastic ladies who love to make the most of life — whether that’s heading out for adventures or enjoying peaceful moments at home. Our home is clean, tidy, and full of personality, just like us!
We’re always up for trying new things and enjoy a wide range of activities. We have our own car, but we’re also happy to hop on a bus or grab a taxi when needed — we enjoy getting out and about!
What makes us tick? A good laugh, a listening ear, and someone who can lift our spirits when we need a little boost. If you’re someone who’s positive, motivating, and knows how to connect with people, we’d love to meet you.
Other important information?
We have 2 or 3 staff on at a time, this allows us to have 1:1 time with them to do our chosen activities.
Shift pattern is anything from 8am until 10pm then a sleep shift starting at 10pm until 8am
