Voluntary Services Coordinator
We are looking for a Voluntary Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Voluntary Services Manager. The role will support volunteers and collaborate with colleagues across Katharine House to ensure the smooth running of a supportive and high-quality volunteering service.
Salary: £24,960 FTE (£14,643.20 prorated)Hours: 22 hours per weekReport to: Voluntary Services ManagerLocation: Katharine House Hospice in Adderbury with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. This role requires working a Friday based at the hospice.

After a recent promotion within our team, we are looking for a welcoming and well organised Voluntary Services Coordinator to oversee the recruitment, coordination and support of our volunteers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and ensuring volunteers feel valued and well supported. It is a part-time role for 22 hours per week.
Our volunteers are an essential and much-loved part of the hospice team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and ensuring volunteers feel valued and well supported. You will ensure volunteers have a positive experience while helping the charity achieve its strategic goals.
