Nottinghamshire Hospice lead the provision of compassionate, community palliative care to those who are dying in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire from a terminal or life limiting illness. Our values are embedded throughout the organisation –

Nottinghamshire Hospice has a network of shops across the region. By selling donated goods, these shops generate a substantial level of income to support our care for patients and their families living in the communities where our shops operate.
The Retail Area Manager is responsible for empowering and supporting our Community Shop Managers to maximise the income from our shops. By creating an empowered culture that fosters local decision making, the Retail Area Manager drives the existing business forward. Above all, the Retail Area Manager provides a high level of performance management of all staff, supporting them to achieve their potential.
Working alongside the Director of Income Generation and Retail Operations Manager, the Retail Area Manager also supports the growth of the wider Retail Strategy.
