Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose.

We're building a pool of Casual Community Support Workers across South Wales, with current opportunities in Cross Hands, Llanelli, New Inn Pontypool, Bridgend, Treorchy and Pontypridd. Hours are entirely flexible and arranged around you, perfect if you're looking to pick up shifts alongside studies, another job, or other commitments, wherever and whenever suits.

Please note: some of these vacancies carry a genuine occupational requirement regarding gender under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9), with both female-only and male-only roles available depending on location. BSL is essential for some locations and desirable for others. Details will be confirmed during the application process.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as travel between locations is part of the role.

No previous experience is necessary. Full training is provided from day one, so if you're patient, reliable, and want to make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, patient and genuinely interested in people
• Reliable and flexible with their availability
• Keen to learn and grow in a caring role
• A confident communicator, BSL skills a bonus for some roles

This role might include supporting people with:

• Everyday activities and staying active in their community
• Communication, using BSL where relevant
• Attending appointments and learning new skills
