We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong foundation in mental health and emotional wellbeing support. You`ll hold a BTEC higher diploma, foundation degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with at least one year of post-qualification experience working with children, young people, and families.
We`re also hoping that you have the following:
- Knowledge of child development, behaviours, and mental health challenges.
- Familiarity with safeguarding legislation, confidentiality, consent, mental capacity, and data protection guidelines.
- Confident delivering mental health advice and engaging diverse audiences with excellent communication skills.
- Be highly organised, computer-literate, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
This role requires regular travel to individual schools, so the ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential. If you are unable to drive due to a disability, we will explore suitable adjustments or alternative travel arrangements, such as support through Access to Work.
