Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Support and mentor individuals, promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Provide person-centred care, from life skills to social engagement.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver holistic support.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with vulnerable adults in a mental health or learning disability setting.
- Great communication skills and an empathetic approach.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Above all: compassion, resilience and patience.
