The Benefice of Somborne with Ashley is situated in the Borough of Test Valley, in the County of Hampshire. At present Somborne with Ashley is a single parish benefice, grouped with the neighbouring multi-parish benefice of Braishfield, Awbridge, Michelmersh, Timsbury and Farley Chamberlayne where there is a high degree of inter-parish collaboration. The Rector of the Braishfield benefice, Revd Tom Benson, is also priest-in-charge of Somborne with Ashley. He and his team enable a sharing of licensed ministry across the entire group of parishes.
