Development Trainee

Do you know someone creative, enthusiastic and ambitious with at least 3 months TV experience who wants to break into unscripted development?

Studio Lambert has opened applications for SPARK, our annual development trainee programme. Now in its sixth year, the trainee programme has been hugely successful in finding exceptional new development talent.

We’re looking for people bursting with ideas and a passion for TV, and especially encourage applicants from backgrounds currently underrepresented in the TV industry. The initial 12-week contract starts in January 2026, which includes in-house training in multiple aspects of format development.
