    IPS Employment Specialistto support individuals with mental health needs on their journey into sustainable, fulfilling work.What You’ll Do

    As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll:

    • Empower clientswith mental health support needs to find and maintain paid employment that aligns with their goals and preferences.
    • Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model– full training provided.
    • Build strong relationshipswith employers, health professionals, and service providers to create inclusive employment opportunities.
    • Work collaborativelywithin a multidisciplinary team (Community Mental Health, Early Intervention in Psychosis, or IAPT) to support holistic recovery through employment.

    You’ll support clients through every stage of their employment journey—from initial referral and vocational profiling to job searching, employer engagement, and securing paid work. Once in employment, you’ll provide tailored in-work support, gradually stepping back as clients gain confidence and independence.

    This role covers the Borden and Petersfield area.

    • Experienced in working one-to-onewith individuals to support their goals
    • Familiar with or has experience in supporting people with mental health needs, or similar client groups in health, social care, or the voluntary sector
