Job Purpose

i) To support small groups of alternative provision students to deliver planned activities set by the education lead specific to the students SEND/EHCP and planned learning outcomes.

ii) To support adult clients with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and/or social and emotional difficulties to complete routine animal management tasks and other practical tasks around the farm.

iii) To plan and deliver engaging practical functional skills sessions using the farm’s resources.
