Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day servicing and activation for a newly signed Club main sponsor, ensuring exceptional delivery and alignment with the Bristol Sport business and Mercury13
- Liaise across internal teams to develop and execute sponsor activation concepts
- Help develop new Club systems and processes in line with M13 around partner servicing
- Drive new business by identifying and securing commercial partnerships, targeting the 2026/27 season
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners in Bristol and across the UK
- Support the development of long-term commercial frameworks for the Club
About You:
- Experienced in sports sponsorship sales, partnership management, or commercial development
- Strong relationship builder with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Ideally based in or familiar with the Bristol market
Engagement Details:
- Interim consultancy or fixed-term role (approx. 3-5 days per week for a 3-4 month term)
- Immediate start preferred
