What You'll Do
- Help develop and share policies and guidance on safeguarding and fairness.
- Design and develop engaging training content and materials to support learning and good practice.
- Coordinate training, workshops and learning resources.
- Support colleagues and partners to follow good practice.
- Build positive relationships with clubs, volunteers and community groups.
- Keep records and help monitor training and compliance.

About You
We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:
- Demonstrable expertise in instructional design and development of training materials.
- Demonstrable experience of drafting, implementing or supporting policies, procedures and guidance.
- Experience coordinating or delivering training and education sessions.
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders, including community organisations and volunteers.
