What You'll Do

  • Help develop and share policies and guidance on safeguarding and fairness.
  • Design and develop engaging training content and materials to support learning and good practice.
  • Coordinate training, workshops and learning resources.
  • Support colleagues and partners to follow good practice.
  • Build positive relationships with clubs, volunteers and community groups.
  • Keep records and help monitor training and compliance.

About You

We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:

  • Demonstrable expertise in instructional design and development of training materials.
  • Demonstrable experience of drafting, implementing or supporting policies, procedures and guidance.
  • Experience coordinating or delivering training and education sessions.
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders, including community organisations and volunteers.
