We're seeking a passionate and committed Youth Worker to join Message Community Church. The successful candidate will serve as a key role model for young people, encouraging discipleship and supporting their engagement in the wider life of the church. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people while being part of a vibrant and supportive church community.
To be eligible for this role you must be a member of or willing to commit to Message Community Church.
In this role you will lead Sunday morning youth breakfasts and play a central role in our Wednesday youth evenings. You will work closely with The Message Trust team to support key missions throughout the year, plan youth activities at our annual summer camp, take part in our Advance the Scattering event and organise opportunities for young people to attend united youth gatherings across Manchester. A significant part of the role will also involve developing strong connections with high schools in Wythenshawe particularly to support our Easter mission week.
