We’re looking for a new Rough Sleeping Outreach and Assessment Worker to join our dynamic team at SPEAR. In this role, you’ll make a real difference to people’s lives by reaching those sleeping rough on the streets and supporting them into safe accommodation through our 24-hour Assessment Centre.

From late-night outreach shifts to welcoming people at the centre and developing personalised support plans, every day will bring opportunities to help people build a path away from homelessness.

If you have experience working with vulnerable adults, can stay calm under pressure and want to play a role in ending homelessness across Richmond and Wandsworth, we’d love to hear from you.
