Service Manager

Salary: £30,013 per annum based on 39 hours

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Manager lead our team in Stockton.

We are looking for an engaging leader who demonstrates commitment to developing a quality staff team and an innovative service, dedicated to their ongoing professional development whilst maintaining their drive and enthusiasm for the role. You will be able to lead by example and demonstrate best practice, with your approachable and inclusive management style.

The support we deliver at our service and out in the community is flexible and unique to each individual. This Supported Living service supports 1 person who loves being out and about, accessing their local community, supporting their health and wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with the Area Manager to achieve ongoing compliance with contractual agreements making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support.

Ideally you will already have a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent, but we equally would like to hear from people who are qualified by experience as Autism Initiatives will support you to obtain a level 5 following a detailed induction.

  • Community activities such as swimming, walking and crafts
  • Supporting individuals in their home environment
  • Improve communication through pictures and Signs
  • Developing new activities that are meaningful to the individual

You will work collaboratively with the Area Manager to achieve ongoing compliance with contractual agreements making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support.

This position is subject to an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). The cost of which will be met with by Autism Initiatives.
